The Greater Hudson Valley Health System is a New York State, not-for-profit corporation headquartered in Middletown, New York, approximately 60 miles northwest of New York City. It is currently the active parent company for two member hospitals, medical groups and Foundations – Catskill Regional Medical Center, Orange Regional Medical Center, Catskill Regional Medical Group and Orange Regional Medical Group, Orange Regional Medical Center Foundation and Catskill Regional Medical Center Foundation.
