Orange Regional Medical Center Appoints Chief Nursing Officer

Orange Regional Medical Center is pleased to announce the appointment of Lisa Oldham as Chief Nursing Officer (CNO).
In her new role, Ms. Oldham, who is also Vice President of Nursing Operations at Orange Regional Medical Center, has operational responsibility, including nurse staffing, clinical supervision, bed flow of the Hospital’s medical-surgical division, women’s and children’s health and the critical care division.
Previous to her position at Orange Regional Medical Center, Ms. Oldham served as CNO and Vice President of Operations at the Institute for Family Health of New York, a large multi-specialty medical practice. Prior to that, she served as a nursing leader at several hospitals including Hackensack University Medical Center in NJ, Bronx Lebanon Hospital Center in NY and St. Michaels Medical Center in Newark, NJ.
Ms. Oldham serves as an adjunct faculty member at Felician College and William Patterson University. She earned her BSN and her MSN from William Patterson College in New Jersey and her PhD from Kennedy Western University/Cappella University. She is Board-certified in Nursing Administration and is a Fellow of the American College of Healthcare Executives.
