Garnet Health Doctors Announces Medical Director of Urgent Care Services

 
Garnet Health Doctors is pleased to announce the promotion of Reena Patel, MD to Medical Director of Urgent Care Services.

“We are thrilled to have someone with Dr. Patel’s experience lead our Urgent Care team,” said Garnet Health Doctors President, Gerard Galarneau, MD, MMM. “She is an accomplished and caring provider and our patients will continue to benefit from her knowledge.”  

In her new role, Dr. Patel oversees Urgent Care physicians and advanced practice providers which include nurse practitioners and physician assistants. Dr. Patel joined Garnet Health Doctors in 2018 and was previously a practicing physician with OneWorld Community Health Centers in Omaha, Nebraska.

She earned her medical degree from American University of Antigua in Coolidge, Antigua and completed her Residency at Saint Louis University School of Medicine in Saint Louis, Missouri. She is Board-certified in Family Medicine and treats patients in Garnet Health Doctors’ Middletown, Monticello and Goshen Urgent Care locations.
