Yorline Elien, Food Service Worker, has been named Orange Regional Medical Center’s 2019 Employee of the Year. The Being Exceptional Every day (BEE) Employee Recognition Program acknowledges the outstanding performance of Orange Regional Medical Center’s staff for its positive impact on the quality of patient care services.

Ms. Elien has been employed since 2016. Throughout her tenure with the organization, Ms. Elien has received numerous accolades for her customer service and positive patient experience abilities.

“Ms. Elien is an exceptional employee and this honor speaks to her compassion for others,” said Director of Nutrition and Food Services, Nancy Tienken. “We commend her professionalism and for being a positive example within the organization.”

Ms. Elien received a check for $1500, a BEE (Being Exceptional Everyday) gift basket, a certificate, lunch with her team and will be recognized at the hospital’s Employee Awards Dinner in May during 2020 National Hospital Week.
