Orange Regional Medical Center is pleased to announce the promotion of Lauren Carberry to Director of Employee and Labor Relations.
Ms. Carberry has been a member of the Human Resources Department since 2015. As Manager of Employee and Labor Relations, she served as the primary liaison between the Medical Center and Unions. Ms. Carberry works closely with both staff and leaders to provide for an effective labor management relationship and has played a pivotal role in building relationships with leaders to assist in managing day-to-day employee relations matters.
Ms. Carberry has more than 10 years of experience in the Human Resources field and prior to joining Orange Regional Medical Center, she was a Senior Human Resources Business Partner at Phelps Memorial Hospital in Sleepy Hollow, NY.
