As part of its Community Health Self-Care Series, Garnet Health, formerly the Greater Hudson Valley Health System, will host a free Men’s Health webinar on Tuesday, September 28, 2021 from 7:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. 

This informative seminar will feature a panel of medical experts discussing preventable health issues that men face daily. Early detection of disease and illness through health screenings and annual doctor visits are key components for prevention. 

The panel will share insights into overall wellness, including ways to limit risks and ways to avoid common illnesses and disease that commonly affect men. The seminar will provide information about:
