The Garnet Health Bariatric Surgery Support Group is for both pre and post-op bariatric patients and is open to the general public. Our presenters consist of plastic surgeons, certified fitness instructors, nutritionists etc.

Support groups are held in a safe atmosphere to share any individual issues or concerns regarding weight, diet, and exercise. Participating in support groups enables you to stay highly motivated through sharing and supporting information from your peers. All support groups are facilitated by licensed healthcare professionals affiliated with Garnet’s Bariatric Surgery program; i.e., Bariatric Program Director, Bariatric Dietitian Educator. There will be time during the support group to ask questions.
