Our hybrid Stroke Education and Support Group is a space for stroke survivors and caretakers to share educational resources and support.

Join us in-person or virtually! This support group focuses on stroke "recovery", with particular emphasis on promoting continued recovery and quality of life after formal treatment stops. Stroke survivors, caregivers, friends and family are all welcome. Our Stroke Education and Support Group meets the 4th Thursday of every month. Each meeting will focus on a different topic that pertains to stroke recovery. Discussion topics may include:

- Medical management

- Pain management

- Stress management

- Nutrition

- Exercise

- Adaptive equipment and more.
