Garnet Health Medical Center - Catskills' Grover M. Hermann Hospital division is located 2 miles south of the village of Callicoon on New York State Route 97. Grover M. Hermann Hospital primarily serves patients within western Sullivan County as well as surrounding communities in Delaware County, New York and eastern Wayne County, Pennsylvania.
Garnet Health Medical Center - Catskills, Callicoon Campus is a 15-bed facility dedicated to providing patient-centered, high-quality care in a serene and healing environment. Our compassionate team is committed to meeting the needs of both patients and their families with attentive and personalized care.
Grover M. Hermann Hospital provides the following clinical patient care services:
- 24-hour emergency room coverage, with prompt patient examination and treatment
- Inpatient hospitalization services
- Inpatient physical rehabilitation
- Step down recovery care also known as the swing bed program
- Transition from acute care to rehabilitative care
- Outpatient rehabilitation services including physical therapy, pediatric early intervention, and occupational therapy services
- Outpatient radiology services including CT scans
- Bone density testing
- Outpatient laboratory services
- Skilled nursing services
- Outpatient Infusions by appointment
- Tele Burn Services

Dedicated Case Manager. Who assist the patient and families with discharge planning to ensure a safe rerun to home. The case managers arrange outpatient services, equipment and home services if needed for a safe discharge
Swing Bed program allows you to continue receiving care in the hospital without being discharged to a nursing home or your own home too soon. The length of stay varies, but the average is 7-21 days. The patient received 2 hours of Practical Therapy a day.
Physical and occupational therapy is available to inpatients and outpatients, offering services such as:
- Lymphedema therapy
- Lee Silverman Voice Technique (LSVT) BIG therapy for Parkinson’s disease
- Parkinson Wellness Recovery (PWR) Rehabilitation
- Vestibular Therapy
- Post-concussion Rehabilitation
Registration Hours Daily
8:00 a.m. to 12:30 p.m. AND 1:30 p.m. to 4:00 p.m.
Outpatient Lab Hours
- Monday – Saturday: 8:00 a.m. – 12:30 p.m.
- Closed Sunday
- Testing performed on site includes:
- Glucose tolerance testing - NOTE: Available Monday through Friday only. Must arrive before 10:00 a.m.
- Point of care coagulation testing by fingerstick (with a physician order specifying point of care or fingerstick collection)
- Coagulation testing (sample collection by venipuncture)
- Cardiac tests
- General chemistry testing
- Hematology
- Urinalysis
Outpatient Rehabilitation Hours
Physical Therapy:
- Monday, Wednesday, Friday: 8:00 AM - 4:00 PM
- Tuesday, Thursday: 8:00 AM - 6:00 PM
Occupational Therapy:
- Monday - Friday: 8:00 AM - 4:00 PM
Outpatient Radiology Hours
The Grover M. Hermann Radiology Department has on site outpatient radiology services.
- Monday - Friday: 8:00 a.m. to 12:30 p.m. AND 1:30 p.m. to 4:00 p.m.
- Weekend Hours: 8:00 a.m. to 12:30 p.m. AND 1:30 p.m. to 4:00 p.m.
- Bone Densitometry is available every day 9:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. Prescription is required.
- Mammography is available by appointment every 2nd Tuesday of the month
